Patient Visitors Guide
Pre-admission Process
If you have been given a hospitalization date, we encourage you to pre-register as early as possible to ensure smooth admission. Pre-registration can be done at our 24-hour Admissions Desk located in the hospital lobby.

Admission Process
- Admission slip from your doctor
- Letter of Guarantee for payment from your employer/insurance company (if applicable)
- Parent’s ID proof (if patient’s age is below 18 years) for corporate cases
- Passport (if you are not an Indian citizen)
- Health insurance card details (TPA name, ID no., photo ID, etc.)
Day of Admission
- Registration for admission is done at the Admissions Desk in the hospital lobby.
- If not pre-registered, you must complete registration on the day of admission.
- Accommodation choice is confirmed on the day of admission, subject to availability.
Admission Timings
Admission is fixed at 12:00 noon. Adherence to the admission time ensures a smooth transition to your room and avoids delays in scheduled procedures or tests.
Initial Deposit
A minimum deposit is required at the time of admission. The amount varies depending on your accommodation choice. For surgery cases, the full amount for the procedure is required at admission for cash payments.
Subsequent Planned Payments
Any additional payments required will be intimated to you, and payment should be made within 24 hours.
What to Bring for Your In-Hospital Stay
- Personal toiletries (optional, as a toiletry kit is provided)
- Personal clothing
- Bedroom slippers
- Bags for soiled linen
- Regular medicines (with doctor’s prescription)
Room Facilities
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with telephones, nurse-call systems, and more.
Visiting Hours
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Discharge Procedure
- Discharge time is between 10:30 am and 12:00 noon.
- For insurance cases, discharge processing may take longer due to the approval process.
- Non-medical expenses are to be borne by the patient in case of corporate or insurance cases.
Cash Discharge Procedure
- Once your doctor approves your discharge, the ward secretaries will prepare your discharge summary and the billing staff will process your bill.
- Upon receiving the final bill, please settle it and collect your belongings.
Sudden and Unplanned Discharge
- A provisional discharge note will be provided.
- The discharge summary can be collected during your next visit.
- For cash cases, the discharge process may take 2-4 hours, while insurance cases may take 4-6 hours.
Discharge Procedure for Antenatal Cases
- Additional procedures like blood tests for newborns may delay the discharge.
- After receiving the birth report, you can settle your account.
- Our staff will confirm your baby’s identification, provide a health booklet, and share discharge instructions.
